QUALITY
SELT Management, taken into account the growing market demand for consolidated quality standards and convinced of the internal improvements achievable with the development of a quality culture, implemented in 2002 a Quality System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
SELT SpA obtained the Certificate of Conformity to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and reconfirmed it in October 2017 in the new version 9001:2015.

ENVIRONMENT
The principle to which SELT Management has based its activities from the very beginning is to fully meet the Customer standards, regarding in particular safety, quality of the materials and respect of the environment. Customer requirements must not only be met, but also supported by a company management system that guarantees the full understanding and constant respect of the principles.
SELT SpA obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 Certificate of Conformity in 2008 and renewed it in October 2017 in the new version ISO 14001:2015.

SAFETY
In line with its duties and responsibilities, the entire corporate structure of SELT SpA participates in the achievement of objectives in the field of occupational health and safety.
SELT SpA obtained its first OHSAS 18001:2007 Certificate of Compliance on 05.12.2011, and renewed it in December 2017.
SELT currently complies with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 for Safety, obtained with the DNV certification body.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
In line with its dedication to the fair treatment of workers and respect for personal rights, SELT's management has implemented a Social Accountability System in accordance with the SA 8000:2014 standard. SELT obtained the certificate in December 2017 from Bureau Veritas.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In order to develop a policy for a more efficient use of energy, to conserve resources and address climate change, SELT Management implemented an ISO 50001:2011, compliant energy management system in December 2017.
SELT currently complies with the requirements of ISO 50001:2018 for Energy, obtained with the DNV certification body.

CORRUPTION
In order to prove the commitment that SELT SpA places on preventing and combating corruption, even outside its own organisation, a new Management System in accordance with the UNI ISO 37001:2016 standard has been implemented and certified.
The certification was issued by the SMC Slovensko certification body.

SOA
SELT obtained the qualification certification for the execution of public works from Attesta. Start date of the certification cycle April 2004, last renewal February 2023, lasting three years.
