The nature of our activities—which include working at height, interventions on operating infrastructure, and managing complex construction sites—requires an uncompromising culture of safety. SELT adopts a structured system of preventive risk analysis and rigorous operational planning, complemented by ongoing staff training and constant on-site monitoring. Safety is not just a requirement, but a direct responsibility applied from the design phase to final execution.

Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility (ESG)

At SELT, our approach to sustainability isn’t just a response to growing market sensitivity or evolving international regulations, but an ethical choice that guides all our activities. We recognize that building energy transmission infrastructure requires a rigorous balance between technological progress and protecting the planet. For this reason, reducing environmental impacts and committing to an ethical and responsible economy have become fundamental drivers of our business continuity.

Our ESG certifications represent the company’s clear commitment to ensuring fair treatment for workers, suppliers, and customers, while ensuring transparent management of financial resources. We consistently strive to minimize resource consumption through meticulous planning, including controlled management of materials and waste, and strict compliance with permit requirements at every construction site.

Today, SELT is more committed than ever to building reliable and resilient infrastructure capable of integrating renewable sources while minimizing the environmental footprint resulting from their construction and operation. We consider local responsibility and the application of ethical and transparent criteria to be integral parts of a corporate strategy aimed at creating long-term shared value.
